A light cultivating hoe designed by Eliot Coleman- our personal favourite and affectionately called a "Gung Hoe" at Allsun Farm. Indeed it's the best cultivating hoe we have ever tried.  The replacable blade is made of spring steel which is easy to keep sharp with a fine cut file.
